its is only an occasional shot to a stubborn bovine. 1 or 2 shots in a round up

I shoot my horses in the rear once in a awhile when they are sticking their heads through the fence... the grass is always greener mode. I also shout at them at the same time to associate the noise and the sting so they will start to move at the noise.
