I have a simple backstop that I shoot into in the back yard. Thought I would post it to give some of you an idea. I try to shoot at least once a day for a few minutes at a time and needed a backstop so I could retrieve my ammo. The nice thing about this type is that it can come indoors.
Here is a picture of it complete with the ammo return.

This is a picture of the netting that is used. It is a super strong outdoor netting that is used for commercial application. I leave it outdoors all summer long and will bring it indoors during the winter. This netting will stop any ammo you can shoot out of a slingshot.

The brackets are from a hardware store and are used to put up clothes hangers, the crossbar is 12 inches from the wall and the bracket is braced so it will be rock solid. The crossbar is a joint of conduit, and the brackets are 4 ft. apart. The netting is hung over it and held in place with a small clamps.

When the ammo hits the backstop it will drop on the return which rolls down and drops into the pan. I just bought 5 pounds of tracer marbles from Trumark and that is my ammo for this type of shooting. When I was using steel ammo I put a blanket down on the ground under the net and used a magnet to pick it up. The return is made from 3/4 in. PVC pipe. The fabric is like Levi material but a shower curtain would work.
I will be selling the netting and if you are interested send me a PM and I will quote it. Netting is 4 ft. wide and however long you want it.
